As a facility’s manager I have dealt with more than my fair share of contractors and I can say without question Principal Builders is top on my list. I met with the partners directly as I was in a bit of a bind. I needed to get a computer lab complete over break. Tim and Joe took over the design process and handled every detail and I was kept informed throughout the process. They managed not only to complete the project on time but early and we were able to get the lab operational before the students were back. The new lab exceeded everyone’s expectation. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone interested in renovating or remodeling a space.
