They know and understand value engineering, can suggest cost-effective alternates, deal with administrative aspects, and produce a high quality product. Additionally, PBI responds well to budgetary pressures while consistently keeping durability and value in the forefront of discussions. PBI understands the importance of hiring qualified local and minority sub-contracting and work force. Occupied rehabilitation of older residential properties is a challenge. I am THRILLED with the work that Joe and Tim did in my office. We have a staff of 22 people and we had a break room that could accommodate 6. I needed to have a new space for my employees and Joe and Tim came through. Principal Builders renovated our storage space for us into a state of the art staff lounge.
